Program Manager - Remote Engagement Sales (CST/EST)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple sales programs, lead remote sales and account teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. This role requires managing multiple programs, ensuring collaboration, alignment with client goals, and achievement of deliverables. Residence in Eastern or Central time zones is preferred. Market access experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Oversee program execution, monitor performance, and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Lead and coach sales and account teams, manage hiring, and foster a high-performing culture.
  • Review expenses, ensure budget adherence, and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate across departments to support program success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales and account management, remote team management preferred.
  • Market access experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding metrics and developing talent.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual platforms.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
