Qualifications

• 5–10 years of IT project/program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within scope and budget.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and gain agreement to annual projects and plans for multiple functions or substantial business area, ensuring alignment with strategy; quantify business outcomes and develop business cases.
• Manage and report on the performance of enterprise projects delivering value; set objectives for direct reports and ensure accountability.
• Provide end-to-end project leadership from concept to completion with a focused development process involving stakeholders.
• Support transformation roadmap with key leaders to align with organizational strategy.
• Provide strategic thought leadership to cross-functional teams and senior leaders while addressing tactical project management details.
