Job summary

Veriipro seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale technology transformation and infrastructure initiatives in Tampa, FL. You will drive planning, governance, risk, financial tracking, and execution across multiple workstreams with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities include executive-ready reporting, steering committee facilitation, and ensuring deliverables meet timelines and quality standards while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience within technology, infrastructure, or transformation environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream technology programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, coordination, and execution for complex technology transformation initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate across Infrastructure, Network, Storage, Compute, Resiliency, Enterprise Architecture, and other technical teams.
• Manage multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Establish and maintain project governance, RAID logs, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, presentations, dashboards, and project updates.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, stakeholder reviews, and decision-making forums.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and overall financial performance.
• Identify delivery risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Drive issue resolution and elevate critical risks, dependencies, and decisions appropriately.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Support technology implementation, migration, transition, and deployment activities.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, status reports, and governance artifacts.
