Job summary

Kraton Polymers LLC seeks an IT Program Lead for Data & Analytics Platform at its Global Headquarters in The Woodlands, TX. You will define and govern the enterprise data and analytics strategy, leading BI, data engineering, governance, and AI-enabled insights across the organization.

The role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, and SAP technologies, delivering secure, scalable analytics platforms and data products with enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

Define and govern the enterprise data and analytics strategy across the organization.
Lead design and operation of a modern enterprise data platform centered on Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, SAP technologies.

Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
Establish governance for reporting, analytics, and data management across the enterprise.
Lead design, implementation, and support of the data/analytics platform and integrations.
