Job summary
Kraton Polymers LLC is seeking a senior IT leader to define and drive the enterprise data and analytics strategy from our Global Headquarters in The Woodlands, TX. Lead the design, implementation, and governance of a modern data platform centered on Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, and SAP technologies, enabling AI/ML, self-service analytics, and trusted data products.

- Experience leading enterprise data platforms and analytics initiatives.

- Lead design and operation of the data platform using MS Fabric, Power BI, Azure, and SAP tech.
- Govern data integration from SAP and non-SAP sources and ensure security/governance.
