Job summary

Kraton Corporation, headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, seeks an IT Program Lead – Data & Analytics Platform to govern the enterprise data and analytics strategy. You will lead governance, architecture, and delivery across reporting, BI, data engineering, and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities include integrating SAP data into a governed analytics ecosystem, building scalable platforms with Fabric, Power BI, Azure, and SAP technologies, and ensuring secure access for business users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI, or SAP Analytics certifications.
• Experience with enterprise data governance and security.
• Experience leading data and analytics platforms in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and operation of a modern enterprise data platform centered on Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, SAP technologies.
• Establish scalable architectures for analytics, AI/ML, and self-service analytics.
• Drive data integration from SAP and non-SAP sources into a centralized analytics ecosystem.
• Define enterprise governance for data ownership, quality, security, and access control.
• Govern reporting, KPI definitions, semantic models, and enterprise data products.
• Collaborate with executives to identify analytics-driven opportunities.
