Job summary

Kraton seeks an IT Program Lead – Data & Analytics to drive the enterprise data strategy, architecture, and governance from its global HQ in The Woodlands (TX). This leader will guide BI, data engineering, and analytics initiatives using Fabric, Power BI, SAP, and cloud services.

Responsibilities include delivering scalable data platforms, enabling AI/ML and self-service analytics, and ensuring data quality and security across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Certifications in Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, deliver, and govern the enterprise data and analytics strategy across the organization.
• Lead design and implementation of enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SAP technologies.
• Oversee data governance, security, and data quality across analytics platforms.
• Enable AI/ML, predictive analytics, and self-service analytics for the organization.
• Integrate enterprise applications and ensure scalable architectures.

The IT Program Lead – Data & Analytics Platform is responsible for defining, delivering, and governing the enterprise data and analytics strategy across the organization. This role serves as the technology leader for enterprise reporting, business intelligence, data engineering, data governance, and analytics platforms, ensuring business data is transformed into trusted, governed, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

The position will lead the design, implementation, and operation of a modern enterprise data platform centered on Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, SAP technologies, and enterprise application integrations. This includes establishing scalable architectures that enable analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), predictive analytics, executive reporting, self-service analytics, and enterprise data products.

Required Skills

Enterprise Data Platforms

• Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Services, OneLake, Data Warehouses, Lakehouses, and modern cloud analytics platforms.
• Data engineering, ETL/ELT, data modeling, semantic modeling, and enterprise reporting architectures.

SAP & Enterprise Application Integration

• SAP ECC 6.0, SAP BW, SAP BPC, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA, and SAP data integration methodologies.
• Experience exposing SAP and enterprise application data to cloud analytics platforms and modern data architectures.

Data Governance & Security

• Data governance, metadata management, data quality, master data management, and information lifecycle management.
• Role-based access controls, row-level security, data segregation, privacy controls, compliance, and audit requirements.

Analytics & AI

• Enterprise reporting, business intelligence, predictive analytics, machine learning, AI enablement, and data-driven decision support.
• Experience implementing enterprise AI, data governance, and modern data platform initiatives.

Education, Certifications & Licenses

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
