Job summary

The ODP Group is seeking a Lead IT Program Manager to drive enterprise-wide IT initiatives, aligning IT delivery with business goals and the customer journey. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, HR, Finance, B2B, and Omnichannel, and the ability to independently remove blockers to move programs forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Management, IT, or related field.
• 6 years of program/project management experience, with at least 3 years on IT app development or infrastructure programs.
• Experience with Agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent required.
• CSM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive medium to large IT programs, maintain schedules, RAID tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across departments and time zones.
• Lead program delivery and partner with PMO and leadership to refine delivery frameworks.
• Work in an Agile development environment to ensure on-schedule, within-budget delivery.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage program governance across the organization.
