Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate multi‑discipline IT initiatives in a customer‑facing support model. You will develop plans with detailed milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure scalable, resilient solutions while reporting progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include shaping objectives with key leaders, managing budgets and staff availability, and guiding teams through risk and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience and 8+ years in project management.
• 5+ years managing large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Experience with detailed project documentation (requirements, status reports).
• Proficiency with JIRA and MS Office suite is required.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT project tasks aligning with business goals.
• Develop plans with milestones, tasks, and activities.
• Review architecture, manage dependencies, ensure scalable solutions.
• Coordinate multiple activities to meet plans and goals.
• Report status and risks to PM team and stakeholders.
• Maintain release schedules with business leaders.
• Define objectives and strategize with stakeholders.
• Deliver on timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Prepare comprehensive supporting plans for QA, risk, and change management.
