Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of technology programs, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets, and outcomes are achieved.
• Establish program governance frameworks, including scope, stakeholder engagement, resource plans, reporting, and delivery standards.
• Build and oversee Program Management Office (PMO) structures, defining ownership, responsibilities, and accountability across workstreams.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align program priorities with strategic objectives and operational needs.
• Monitor program performance, risks, dependencies, and financials, taking corrective action when needed to maintain delivery.
• Review and approve key milestones, deliverables, and completion plans, ensuring sustainable solutions meet business requirements.
• Drive consistent communication across programs, providing senior leaders with transparent reporting and progress updates.
