Clair Global in New Jersey is seeking an IT Procurement Specialist to source IT equipment and services, manage vendor relationships, and prepare RFIs/RFPs and contracts. You will track procurement data and coordinate delivery and installation of IT products.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in IT or business and at least three years of IT procurement experience, with strong organizational, negotiation and analytical skills to support customers and the company.

Responsabilités

• Conduct sourcing activities to evaluate supplier pricing and offerings.
• Negotiate with multiple vendors to secure best pricing.
• Review contracts, terms, and SLAs.
• Develop RFPs and perform due diligence on vendor responses.
• Input and track procurement data.
• Coordinate delivery, installations, upgrades and changes.
• Review procurement items for categorization, coding and pricing accuracy.
• Manage daily IT hardware/software requests and issue Purchase Orders.
• Quote and manage structured orders directly with customers.

Summary:

The IT Procurement Specialist handles sourcing and management of IT equipment and services from vendors and suppliers, as well as working with customer on orders. The position prepares and reviews requests for information (RFI's) and proposals (RFP's), contracts, and service level agreements based on the needs of the company and the stakeholders. The IT procurement specialist also tracks and reports on procurement data and coordinates the delivery and installation of IT products.

Requirements:

The IT procurement specialist should have a bachelor's degree in an IT or business major and at least three years of experience in IT procurement or equivalent.
