Job summary

ALO is seeking a Manager, IT Procurement to lead sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and procurement strategy for technology spend across software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI platforms. The role partners with IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and Enterprise Architecture to optimize investments and deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate negotiates complex commercial terms, manages vendor relationships, and drives governance to accelerate technology innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of technology procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or contract management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple sourcing initiatives and negotiations for software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and services.
• Analyze spending, licensing utilization, supplier performance, and contractual obligations to identify value opportunities.
• Develop executive-level presentations, recommendations, and business cases.
• Manage contract lifecycle from sourcing through renewal; conduct RFIs/RFPs and supplier evaluations.
• Partner with IT, Security, Legal, Finance, and Enterprise Architecture to align sourcing with business objectives.
• Monitor technology market trends and supplier developments; drive cost optimization and risk mitigation.
