Job summary

Subway is seeking a Sr. Analyst, IT Procurement to lead sourcing and contract activities for technology categories in a fast-paced environment. You will run RFPs, negotiate terms directly with vendors, draft agreements, and manage contracts end-to-end while partnering with Legal and Technology stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on negotiation experience, the ability to drive savings, and collaboration with senior sourcing leadership for larger deals. Strong category knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract negotiation; technology/IT category experience required.
• Demonstrated experience independently negotiating and closing lower-dollar, less-complex vendor agreements.
• Comfortable drafting and redlining standard commercial contract terms, with good judgment on when to involve Legal.
• Working knowledge of the procurement lifecycle from sourcing strategy through contract execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support sourcing initiatives for technology and other indirect categories from opportunity identification through supplier selection.
• Run competitive bid events (RFPs/RFIs), building bid packages and evaluation criteria.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels directly with vendors; escalate to senior leadership as needed.
• Draft, review, and redline vendor agreements; coordinate with Legal on nonstandard terms.
• Track contract compliance, risk, and SLA performance with stakeholders.
• Maintain license compliance tracking and renewal/expiration records.
