Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, technology, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Experience in healthcare tech sourcing or similarly regulated industries.
• Experience negotiating complex software, SaaS, cloud, data, and tech-enabled services agreements.
• Strong knowledge of category management, sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
• Ability to translate business needs into sourcing strategies with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing supplier performance, renewals, and value realization throughout contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies and sourcing pipelines.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives from requirements to implementation.
• Negotiate software, SaaS, cloud, data, and tech-enabled services agreements.
• Advise senior leaders on sourcing options, market dynamics, and risk.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Security, Privacy, and Compliance across stakeholders.
• Evaluate strategic suppliers across the contract lifecycle and drive value.
