Job summary

BDO USA, P.C. seeks a Procurement Manager, Information Technology to lead IT procurement across software licensing, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and services. You will own sourcing, contracting workflow, supplier governance, and oversaw a team of procurement professionals to enable technology strategy.

You will partner with IT, Information Security, Finance and Legal to optimize cost, reduce risk, and deliver a consistent stakeholder experience while driving process improvements and spend analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or Finance
• 8+ years in procurement or sourcing with IT focus
• Experience negotiating enterprise software, SaaS, and cloud agreements
• Experience negotiating MSAs and SOWs with outside counsel or in-house legal
• Professional services or regulated industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT to translate technology priorities into sourcing strategies and commercial outcomes
• Lead software, SaaS, and cloud sourcing and negotiations
• Own contracting workflow and supplier governance responsibilities
• Develop and manage IT procurement processes and renewal management
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Finance and Legal on risk and compliance
