Job summary

Ladders is seeking an IT Procurement Lead - Software to join a leader in the healthcare space. This remote role will shape software sourcing strategy across a complex healthcare environment and lead end-to-end procurement for technology-enabled services.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage strategic suppliers, and drive value through cost optimization and supplier-enabled innovation while balancing cost, service quality, and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, technology, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of IT procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management.
• Experience with healthcare technology solutions or complex technology in regulated industries.
• Proven negotiation skills for software, SaaS, and technology-enabled services agreements.
• Strong category management and supplier relationship management.
• Ability to incorporate business, clinical, and regulatory considerations into sourcing decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies and sourcing pipelines.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives from requirements to implementation.
• Negotiate complex software and technology agreements, including pricing and service levels.
• Advise senior leaders on sourcing strategies and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely decisions.
• Manage strategic suppliers throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Deliver value through cost optimization and supplier-enabled innovation.
