Job summary

AXG is seeking an experienced IT Procurement & Contracts Administrator in Denver to manage the full lifecycle of software and technology agreements. You will partner with IT leadership to negotiate SaaS subscriptions, licensing, cloud services, and professional services while ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in software procurement or IT contract administration, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage renewals, vendor relationships,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software procurement or IT contract administration
• Experience negotiating SOWs, MSAs, SaaS agreements
• Experience managing vendor redlines with legal teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of software and technology contracts
• Lead negotiations for SaaS subscriptions, licenses, cloud services, and related agreements
• Manage contract redlines and coordinate with legal and vendors
• Maintain a proactive renewal calendar and avoid disruptions from renewals
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, and commercial terms with publishers/providers
• Translate business/tech requirements into clearly defined commercial agreements
• Support vendor selection, RFx processes, and category management
• Develop relationships with technology vendors and monitor performance/compliance
• Analyze spend and license utilization to identify cost savings
• Support budgeting/forecasting by tracking commitments and renewals
• Maintain accurate contract and vendor data in ERP/CM
• Monitor contract compliance and resolve disputes to improve processes
