Job summary

Adapture, based in Austin, TX, seeks an experienced contracts professional to drive end-to-end procurement contracting from planning to signature and post-signature reviews. You will negotiate technology, security, and data privacy agreements while partnering with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams to manage risk.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in commercial contracts within procurement or a Commercial Legal environment, plus strong drafting, negotiation, and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial contracts within procurement, sourcing, or Commercial Legal environment.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cybersecurity, internet infrastructure, OEM suppliers, and marketing technology solutions.
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with precision and attention to detail.
• Understanding of commercial contract law, data security, and privacy regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate procurement agreements across technology, security, and data privacy.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and regulatory risks with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve contract-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements throughout contracting.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Security, and business teams to align strategies.
• Manage contracts from intake through execution using contract management tools.
