Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex operational and supply chain initiatives across Supply Chain and Ancillary Services. You will design, plan, and govern programs that improve performance and outcomes across clinical, operational, financial, and vendor partners.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, data analysis, and change management to drive measurable, sustainable improvements in a multi-site healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects in healthcare, operations, or comparable complex service environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across clinical, operational, financial, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
• PM certifications (PMP, CAPM) or Lean Six Sigma/related certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the full project lifecycle from intake, charter development, scope definition, planning, governance, execution, implementation, sustainment, to closeout.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, resource plans, budgets, milestones, and change management activities.
• Create project charters, workplans, governance structures, stakeholder maps, risk/issue logs, decision logs, and executive status reports.
• Communicate project plans, progress, risks, decisions, and business goals clearly to project teams, leaders, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Identify, elevate, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and opportunities with mitigation options.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, finance, technology, and vendor partners to align project activities with patient-care priorities.
