Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Staff IT Analyst II to lead reviews of current IT processes and metrics, aligning operations with business objectives and governance standards. You will work with IT, Product, and business SMEs to articulate problems, develop artifacts, and drive process improvements across security, operations, and service management.

Qualifications

ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
Knowledge of GRC, risk management, audit support, or compliance programs.
Familiarity with service management tools such as ServiceNow.
5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Service Management, process and data analysis, or IT governance.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, business or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead activities to review processes and metrics supporting operational effectiveness.
Identify constraints/opportunities that help/hinder business and technology strategy.
Develop options to improve business outcomes and document KPI-related artifacts.
Coordinate discussions with IT, Product, and Business SMEs to articulate problems and opportunities.
Capture insights and validate problem statements with stakeholders.
Track IT process performance using KPIs, metrics, and dashboards.
Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities with solid evidence.
