Western Alliance Bank is hiring a Staff IT Analyst II to lead process reviews, document current and alternative states, and quantify effects on KRIs and KPIs. The role involves collaborating with IT, product, and business SMEs to understand problems and shape improvements.

You will develop SOPs, dashboards, and governance artifacts, ensuring alignment with ITIL/COBIT frameworks and regulatory expectations. This position emphasizes documenting findings and driving standardization across IT

Qualifications

• ITIL certification or higher is required.
• Lean/Six Sigma fundamentals preferred.
• Knowledge of GRC, risk, audit support, or compliance programs.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
• 5+ years of IT operations, service management, or governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to clearly connect work to project objectives and deadlines.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and resolve blockers.
• Develop key artifacts and SOPs to meet project outcomes and document learnings.
• Leverage risk management experience from a large financial institution with heightened standards.
• Maintain KRIs, KPIs, and operational metrics across IT processes.
