Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT strategy and project portfolio planning.
• Experience creating and managing high-level roadmaps aligned with business needs.
• Familiarity with JIRA, SNOW, and agile software development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data security projects for the agency.
• Develop and manage high-level road maps of project portfolios aligned with ITS strategy.
• Partner with Business stakeholders to create business cases and value plans.
• Drive deliverables from conception to implementation to meet business needs.
• Develop Operational Support plans to ensure service reliability and availability.
• Perform Management Reporting and Information Dissemination.
• Provide clear communications to ITS, the Business, and Suppliers.
• Track ITS roadmaps and forecasts across Agency Portfolios.
• Present progress reports, issues, and solutions.
