Analytic Solutions Group is seeking a seasoned professional to analyze transition planning and intelligence information requirements, while developing architecture baselines. The role includes assisting with policy implementation, and supporting business process improvements across missions, systems, and fiscal areas.

Ideal candidates have TS/SCI with Poly, a BS or Masters with substantial relevant experience, and strong writing and analytical skills to produce cross-functional deliverables for

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly required.
• BS degree with 8-12 years of experience or Masters with 6-10 years of experience.
• Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills
• Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management discipline
• Familiarity with planning, budgeting, and execution discipline
• Knowledge of key performance indicators
• Strong analytical competence and communication skills
• Produce deliverables in multiple formats (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Develop program assessment processes and methodologies
• Monitoring investment compliance and evaluating programmatic trends
• Developing and maintaining project plans and transition plans
• Conducting quality reviews of products and services
• Familiarity with Counterintelligence tools
• Recent experience in the IC

Responsibilities

• This sub family conducts analysis of transition planning and intelligence information requirements.
• Develops architecture baselines and assists with implementation of community policies and guidance.
