Job summary

VTG is seeking a senior- or lead-level analyst in the Maryland area to perform transition planning analysis, intelligence requirements analysis, and baseline architecture development. The role involves researching and assisting with community policies, guiding business process improvements, and supporting missions, systems, and fiscal requirements.

Qualifications

• BS or higher degree in a related field; 8+ years of relevant experience or 6+ with a Masters
• TS/SCI with Polygraph in clearance requirement
• 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of experience
• 10 years of prior relevant experience
• Drafts products reflecting strong writing and grammatical skills
• Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management discipline
• Familiarity with planning, programming, budgeting, and execution discipline
• Knowledge of key performance indicators
• Ability to provide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis of transition planning and intelligence information requirements
• Develop architecture baselines and support business process improvements
• Produce deliverables in multiple formats (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Develop program assessment processes and methodologies
• Monitor investment compliance and track cost, schedule, risk, and performance
