Qualifications

• Experience leading project management, portfolio management, business analysis, or PMO-related functions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and accountability in structured environments.
• Experience driving process improvement and performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery standards, governance processes, and portfolio management practices.
• Mentor a team of business analysis professionals and ensure quality requirements.
• Guide planning, prioritization, risk management, and execution activities.
• Develop executive-level reporting and portfolio insights for leadership reviews.
