Job summary

Bell Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. in Northbrook, IL seeks an IT Senior Developer Analyst - PLM to partner with business leaders and optimize ERP/PLM systems enterprise-wide.

You will support global rollouts and lifecycle management, driving solution delivery and continuous improvement. The role requires strong analytics, leadership across cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable system designs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Management, Operations, or IT required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years ERP and/or PLM experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional efforts to assess system challenges and opportunities.
• Gather requirements and evaluate processes for ERP/PLM improvements.
• Serve as escalation point for high-priority issues.
• Coordinate ERP/PLM training with process owners.
• Document implementations, enhancements, and maintenance cycles.
• Manage ERP/PLM changes, testing, workflows, and updates.
• Drive adoption of optimized solutions and vendor relationships.
