Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years BA/SA experience.
• Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Familiarity with data governance, ETL mapping, and compliance processes (21 CFR Part 11).

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into BRDs/FRDs and map cross-system workflows.
• Enforce master data governance and define ETL mapping requirements.
• Bridge IT and business teams, driving SOP updates and data-first culture.
• Manage project plans for system enhancements and deliver test artifacts on schedule.
