Job summary

ASM Research is seeking an IT Services Senior Manager to lead enterprise IT operations across infrastructure, cloud, and related services. The role emphasizes aligning IT with business requirements, driving continual improvement, and ensuring service continuity.

You will manage staff, oversee budgets, and coordinate policy development and strategic IT solutions. The position requires 7–10 years in IT, 5+ years managing teams, and a current DoD security clearance with Security+ or higher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS.
• 7–10 years of Information Technology experience.
• 5+ years of IT staff management experience.
• Strong communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial and open-source IT hardware, software, and services.
• Proven ability to lead matrixed teams and drive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure, applications, networks, and cloud services.
• Ensure continuity of computer, network, and application services.
• Align IT services with business processes and customer requirements.
• Perform technical analysis, estimation, design reviews, and budgeting.
• Forecast needs and manage budgets and performance reports.
• Design and implement IT policies, standards, and governance.
• Audit systems, secure data, and maintain recovery readiness.
• Identify issues, diagnose root causes, and implement strategic solutions.
• Lead and mentor assigned staff, including performance reviews.
