Insource Services is seeking an IT Manager to oversee client relationships and manage IT infrastructures across multiple accounts. You will drive technology planning, budgeting, procurement, and documentation ownership while ensuring service quality and profitability.

Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, presenting to non-technical audiences, and leading engagements to deliver secure, scalable solutions without overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IP and internet/email topology and networked systems.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications.
• Proven organizational and project management skills.
