Job summary

NWS seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead strategic technology direction across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and data initiatives in the U.S. and Canada. You will shape architecture, guide vendor decisions, and mentor technical teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions supporting business growth.

Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align technology with operational priorities, modernize ERP environments, and enable AI-enabled analytics and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise/solution architecture or technology leadership.
• Experience in telecom/digital infrastructure distribution, wholesale B2B, or closely related supply chains.
• Proven design experience spanning ERP, CRM, eCommerce, order management, warehouse operations, APIs/EDI, and cloud platforms.
• Experience leading technical teams, influencing executives, and making practical architecture, budget, and vendor decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise technology architecture roadmap aligned to NWS growth, integrated distribution, and operational priorities.
• Lead solution architecture for B2B eCommerce, digital channels, customer/partner experiences, and quote-to-order capabilities.
• Align ERP, CRM, order management, procurement, inventory, finance, and warehouse/logistics systems through practical integration standards.
• Guide ERP modernization and cross-border operating-system alignment, including GP/SalesPad and SAP Business One environments.
• Partner with the Senior Data Architect on enterprise data integration, master data ownership, Microsoft Fabric, and analytics enablement.
