Job summary

The Sr. Manager IT Business Applications at Teva Pharmaceuticals partners with Finance and Corporate Functions to align technology with business goals.

You’ll oversee a portfolio of enterprise applications, drive strategy, governance, and modernization initiatives including SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and shape data, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives to improve decision-making and operational efficiency across Finance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, technology delivery, or business transformation.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex projects, programs, portfolios, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with SAP ERP environments; SAP S/4HANA transformation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Finance, Accounting, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, Legal, Royalties, or related Corporate Functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT partner for Finance and Corporate Functions leadership.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to understand priorities and technology needs.
• Facilitate prioritization of initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate impacts, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Drive alignment across business and technology teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight of the Finance and Corporate Functions application portfolio including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI/CO, Vistex, and more.
