Trinseo is seeking a Director of IT Applications to shape the global enterprise applications strategy, oversee SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA modernization, and lead a talented team across IT and business functions.

This hybrid role requires strong governance, stakeholder partnership, and a track record in delivering scalable, secure solutions that enable digital transformation and operational excellence across manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of technology leadership in enterprise applications and architecture.
• Experience leading SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA in global manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Define global enterprise technology and applications strategy aligned to business goals.
• Lead governance, support, and modernization of SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA and related systems.
• Oversee BI/Analytics capabilities, reporting, and decision-support dashboards.
• Provide executive oversight of Enterprise Architecture and Data & Analytics teams.
• Drive value through portfolio decisions and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.
