Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
10+ years of progressive IT experience with significant leadership responsibility.
Experience developing and executing an enterprise systems strategy across ERP/CRM/SaaS.
Experience leading networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity programs.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise systems strategy and operations for core platforms.
Oversee networking, IT infrastructure, and secure connectivity.
Lead cybersecurity programs including risk management and incident response.
Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with priorities.
Partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing to drive improvements.
Establish IT governance, standards, and controls; improve service delivery.
Manage external vendors, partners, and service providers; ensure value and security.
Lead, develop, and mentor the IT team; foster ownership and customer focus.
Manage technology budgets and communicate impact to senior leadership.
