Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise IT across multiple sites and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance.
• Experience with healthcare or senior living IT environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year IT roadmap and annual budget with capital planning.
• Oversee multi-site infrastructure, security, and vendor relationships.
• Lead MSP management, SLAs, and vendor performance reviews.
• Manage voice, data, and network services across communities.
• Drive disaster recovery, continuity planning, and incident response.
• Ensure HIPAA-aligned security controls and data protection.
