Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience managing IT environments and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud computing, networking, and software systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executives.
• Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s IT vision, strategy, and long-term technology roadmap.
• Oversee IT operations including infrastructure, cloud services, networks, and end-user support.
• Lead cybersecurity strategy, risk management, compliance, and incident response efforts.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Drive digital transformation, system modernization, and process automation initiatives.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT systems.
• Lead, mentor, and develop IT leadership and technical teams.
• Establish IT governance, policies, standards, and best practices.
