Job summary
BeOne Medicines is seeking an experienced IT leader to support the design, construction, and validation of IT infrastructure for a greenfield Small Molecule plant at the Hopewell site. You will oversee IT systems, networks, and devices in GMP environments and coordinate with manufacturing, QA, and engineering teams to ensure reliable 24/7 operations.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in IT/engineering and 8+ years in IT leadership within pharma manufacturing, with strong knowledge of GMP, GAMP 5,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or related field required.
- 8+ years in IT management or leadership roles, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction, validation, and support of IT systems for Small Molecule Plant operations.
- Supervise design, validation, and integrity of IT infrastructure including LAN, networking equipment, and servers.
- Install, validate, and maintain IT devices in QC lab and manufacturing environments.
- Lead projects with minimal supervision and align with GxP compliance.
