BeOne Medicines is seeking an Associate Director of Small Molecule Plant IT Systems to lead IT infrastructure design, validation, and deployment for a new small molecule manufacturing plant in Hopewell, NJ. You will manage projects, ensure 24/7 plant operations, and partner with QA, Engineering, and Global IT to meet GMP, GAMP5, and ISA 95 standards.

The role requires extensive GMP/Pharma experience, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to advance technology services aligned with Pharma

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, engineering or related field
• 8+ years in IT management or leadership roles, with a preference for pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
• Experience in GMP, GxP, and validation documents

Responsabilités

• Oversee construction, validation, and support of IT systems for Small Molecule Plant operations
• Supervise IT infrastructure design, validation, and integrity of LAN, networking, and servers
• Coordinate with manufacturing and QA to ensure 24/7 plant reliability and compliance
