Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an IT Infrastructure leader for its Hopewell, NJ site to design, validate, and support IT systems for a greenfield Small Molecule plant.

You will oversee LAN, servers, and device provisioning within GMP-compliant processes, partnering with QA and engineering to ensure reliability and security. You will drive technology strategy in Pharma 4.0 initiatives, align with Global IT standards, and manage vendor resources while focusing on continuous improvement and 24/7

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in IT management or leadership roles, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with GMP/GxP environments and validated systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, construction, and validation of IT infrastructure for a greenfield pharma plant.
• Manage projects and coordinate with manufacturing and QA teams to ensure 24/7 operations.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and system integration across MES, SCADA and related systems.
