Job summary

City of Atlanta Careers is seeking a seasoned IT professional to analyze complex business problems and translate them into automated solutions. You will lead requirements gathering, work with stakeholders, and define system interfaces to support enterprise applications.

Responsibilities include planning and executing unit, integration, and acceptance testing; creating detailed specifications; designing automated systems; and supporting project managers through implementation and post-deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• 5 years of ERP work experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
• Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures.
• Plans and executes business unit, integration and acceptance testing.
• Creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
• Designs details of automated systems.
• Supports project managers in gathering and analyzing client business requirements.
• Provides IT input to department plans and coordinates implementation plans.
