An indefinite contract with our client of 35 years to supervise, guide, and/or instruct the work assignments of subordinate staff. Assists in planning, scheduling of team resources, status reporting and completion of required documentation for team assignment and projects. Analyzes and develops work or project plans for team assignments. Analyzes and implements solutions to problems associated with assignments. Responsible for project leadership: Coordinates the integrated systems integrity, provides the coordination, communication and project structure between users of Information Services and third party software vendors or programmers, provides systems and installation support and user training. Develops and controls the project schedules, and assigns responsibilities where appropriate. Participates in all aspects of software development, systems design and analysis and project planning and management.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related specialty from an accredited college or university.
- Ten years of job specific experience that includes system analysis, design and development, and relationship management.
- Software development across multiple platforms such as .NET, Java, R, etc.
- 10 years of experience Web Based Application Deployments and Debugging.
- 10 years of experience Webservices Design and Development.
- 7 years of experience GIT and TFS.
- 5 years of experience Database development with MS SQL and Oracle and knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, and T-SQL.
- 7 years of experience Client-side object model (CSOM) and (JSOM) for SharePoint Server 2013/2019/SharePoint Online (Highly desired).
- 7 years of experience Integrating Web Application with Azure AD and Azure B2C (Highly desired).
- Understanding software development principles and methodologies is essential.
- Proficiency in various programming languages is required.
- Experience with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is necessary.
- Knowledge of database design and data modeling is crucial.
- Understanding DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is important for modern application development.
- Strong understanding of security principles is vital for designing secure applications.
- Familiarity with architectural styles (e.g., microservices, monolithic, client-server) and design patterns is crucial.
- Test automation tools (specific tools may be added as needed).
- Communication – Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving – Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
