Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide management direction to the IT group or department.
• Handle special IT projects and coordinate activities with other departments.
• Prepare and monitor departmental budget and oversee procurement within guidelines.
• Lead End User Support Services and manage the Service Desk and ServiceNow tickets.
• Oversee servers, network infrastructure, security, and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with city departments and stakeholders to provide IT solutions.
