Trace3 is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow existing customers and create new ones. You will work with the distribution team to meet monthly quotas while maintaining gross margins and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a finance or technical background, 3+ years in sales support, and experience in supply chain/inventory management. A collaborative, proactive mindset will thrive in Trace3’s fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in finance or technical field.
• 3+ years in sales support role.
• 3+ years in supply chain or product management.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Generate new and repeat sales within Strategic Accounts.
• Determine customer requirements and propose products/solutions.
• Present price, terms, and profitability in line with policies.
• Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately.
