Job summary

Ask ITC Inc. is seeking a dedicated Program/Project Coordinator for IT Infrastructure Services. You will support planning, scheduling, governance, and knowledge management across the program, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of objectives.

Responsibilities include coordinating PMD planning, maintaining data in the PMD tool of record, and assisting the PMO Manager with audits and special projects as needed. Experience in IT infrastructure coordination is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in program/project coordination for IT infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with PMO processes, standards and governance.
• Ability to coordinate communications, risks, and issues across teams.
