Job summary

Talentify seeks an IT Project Coordinator to support infrastructure projects for external clients. You will oversee lifecycle stages, gather client docs, and coordinate activities with internal teams.

This role emphasizes strong Excel use, stakeholder communication, and timely delivery across multisite deployments. Requires 2+ years in IT project coordination/PM, experience with professional services, and solid MS Office/PM tooling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in IT project coordination/PM.
• Experience supporting external customers in professional services or managed services.
• Exposure to infrastructure tech projects and PM.
• Experience as IT project coordinator or similar role.
• Advanced MS Office skills: Excel, Word, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Outlook.
• Experience with multisite hardware deployments.
• Experience with MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Track and understand documentation deliverables for multiple small IT projects.
• Gather documentation from the customer.
• Assist with or manage oversight of all aspects of project lifecycle from initiation to closing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate skill with Microsoft Excel.
• Understand project scope and objectives.
• Coordinate activities and tasks across teams.
