Qualifications
- 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Incident Command, or Managed Services operations.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- ITIL Certifications or familiarity expected.
Responsibilities
- Act as incident commander for complex or business-critical issues, driving containment and restoration.
- Lead cross-functional bridges across Operations, Security, Networking, and Engineering during major incidents.
- Perform RCA for systemic issues and drive long-term improvements to preventive measures.
