Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Incident Command, or Managed Services operations.
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Proven mastery in Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager / Autopilot and modern management frameworks.
• Incident management and RCA methodology in complex environments.
• Windows OS, O365, Teams, and hybrid computing ecosystems.
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, proxy).
• InfoSec alignment—identity, compliance, and device security controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary incident commander for complex or business-critical issues, driving containment and restoration.
• Lead cross-functional technical bridges during critical events.
• Conduct detailed RCA for systemic issues and ensure long-term prevention.
• Develop runbooks, escalation frameworks, and proactive detection strategies.
• Act as executive-facing voice during major incidents with clear updates.
• Mentor and consultant to teams, customers, and vendors on intricate issues.
• Identify and drive strategic programs delivering automation and modernization.
• Translate POR objectives into executable workstreams with owners and timelines.
• Lead multi-phase initiatives across geographies while managing dependencies and risks.
• Communicate progress, risks, and value realization to senior stakeholders.
