Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years of people management.
• Experience managing NPI programs and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and ongoing leadership for the NPI team in the specified area.
• Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs across multiple projects.
• Engages with product managers, engineering, supply chain, and services.
• Manages relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Oversees hiring, performance plans, coaching, and career development.
