Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
• 3+ years of experience conducting business and process analysis, including eliciting, analyzing, and validating business needs through methods such as stakeholder interviews, surveys, and document analysis, with work products such as requirements documents, process maps, or analysis reports.
• Demonstrated experience producing analytical deliverables, such as briefings, benchmarking studies, or recommendation memos, that synthesized multiple sources of evidence, including peer or industry practices, and directly informed a decision by leadership or a governing body.
• Experience authoring written materials and delivering presentations that conveyed technical or policy content to executive or non-technical audiences, and experience facilitating meetings or workshops with mixed technical and non-technical participants.
• Demonstrated experience building and sustaining working relationships across multiple organizational units or stakeholder groups, evidenced by successful delivery of cross-functional work requiring voluntary cooperation from parties outside the incumbent's reporting line.
• Experience simultaneously managing concurrent projects or workstreams, including developing timelines, tracking dependencies and issues, and delivering regular written status reports to sponsors or leadership, with a record of meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience independently planning and driving a high-visibility project from initial launch to completion, including selecting the approach and methods with minimal supervision.
