Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• This role acts as a liaison between users and IT to define business processes and contribute as a technical team member.
• Develops requirements for process or system solutions by interfacing stakeholders and IT teams.
• Supports evolution of applications, systems, and processes toward a future state.
• Assists in creating business cases to assess costs, benefits, ROI, and TCO.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and governance enhancements.
• Coordinates cross-functional initiatives with local, regional, and national stakeholders.
• Develops executive-level presentations and reports for governance purposes.
• Maintains strong relationships and communicates progress clearly to leadership.
