Job summary

The Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing at UC Davis is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Digital Enablement to join the new Digital Solutions & Enablement team. You will lead discovery, requirements and functional design across data and digital priorities to enable governance and analytics.

Reporting to the Director of Data & Digital Strategy, you will partner with data owners, manage stakeholder needs, and drive CRM, enterprise applications, and AI-ready workflows from problem

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
Minimum six years of progressively responsible experience in business systems analysis, enterprise application delivery, or digital transformation.
Experience evaluating technology options, cost analyses, and business cases supporting decisions and budgets.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities and multiple stakeholder groups from discovery through implementation and adoption.
Experience with enterprise application delivery — configuration, release and change management, integrations, and vendor coordination.
Mentoring analysts or providing functional leadership in BA methods.
Advanced requirements elicitation and documentation, mapping processes, and writing requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
Knowledge of data privacy, FERPA, HIPAA, UC cybersecurity standards in system design.

Responsibilities
